• Designed and delivered SaaS platforms with budgets exceeding £2.5M, from concept through launch.

• Secured three successful R&D tax-credit claims, covering proprietary IP in room automation, API orchestration, and digital twin technology.

• Built a PWA-based smart room system that unified HVAC, lighting, door locks, and AV — simplifying guest experience while reducing reliance on native apps.

• Integrated multiple building management systems (Salto, Crestron, Schneider, Veea, Tridium Niagara) into a cloud-native IoT platform with real-time digital-twin monitoring.

• Implemented cloud-based PMS and dynamic pricing tools, increasing RevPAR and operational efficiency.
